Deadline: June 4
This looks like an awesome project if you’re passionate about public interest innovation, i.e., reimagining government so that it works for everyone. The Center for Public Impact - a global foundation launched by The Boston Consulting Group - is collaborating with Bloomberg Philanthropies to identify the 50 leading urban innovations that were imagined or launched in the wake of the COVID-19 pandemic. This project is called The 2021 Global Mayor’s Challenge and, in the role of PM, you’ll help drive this challenge. You bring a degree and 4 years of relevant experience (among other quals). Term is June 2021 to March 2022, location is Washington, DC (starting in the Fall) and salary is $84K-$120K.
What I love
The ideas, innovators, and world-renowned experts in innovation and data you’ll be exposed to!
The strong teams you’ll be learning with, i.e., Center for Public Impact, Boston Consulting Group, Bloomberg Philanthropies.
The outcome of the competition, i.e., 15 cities receiving $1M each to implement their breakthrough ideas and ultimately spread them to other cities on a global scale.
