What I love
The job description has a “Why this role is compelling” section - so helpful! Here are my additional thoughts.
DC is a great city to build your social impact career in, particularly if you have a global orientation. I studied and worked there for 20 years and loved it.
The international exposure of this role looks wide and stimulating.
The team looks very talented.
They are excited by candidates with unique and different work histories.
And I really admire that EHG will be reviewing applicants on their behalf using a “bias blind” process in order to open this opportunity to more candidates. (This means you’ll be removing your university’s name from your resume.) Sends an important signal about inclusivity.
And don’t forget…
You can follow this org, read about its team, and follow the team members whose profiles inspire you. This is a great way to build communal genius (aka your social impact scenius)!
